Born in Arkansas, raised in Eastern Oklahoma by two Texans, California artist J. Gale Webber received a BACHELORS in art and a MASTERS of Ed. (curriculum & instruction) from Northeastern State University. Masters in Art, concentration painting, and subsequent credit hours are from Northern Arizona University, CSU Summer Arts, UC Riverside, CSU San Bernardino.
